The ambitiously designed Gemini Business Centre effectively merges modern architectural design with exacting environmental and living standards.
Two glass-covered 17-storey business tower blocks including a conference centre make up the central portion of the Gemini Business Centre, which is complemented by exclusive shopping arcades. There are three levels of parking spaces beneath the buildings.
The guiding principle in the design of the Gemini project was the desire for its construction to meet all the postulates of "Green Building Design". This means that construction employs the maximum possible use of natural materials and renewable energy sources. We are currently in the process of obtaining the LEED certificate for the Gemini project. The certificate was set up by the United States Green Building Council. This is the most prestigious assessment system in the world and involves a wide spectrum of environmental factors that must be met by an individual building in order for it to be granted. Among other things, the council considers efficient use of water and energy, the natural materials used and the internal environmental quality.
Construction and maintenance of Gemini is carried out in an environmentally and user friendly manner. This reduces the negative impact on the environment and significantly decreases energy consumption and building maintenance costs.
