House – A Space in the Environment
The space at the crossroad of the Letališka road and Kajuhova street is a visible one and excellently accessible from both the city centre and the beltway. The elliptical tower blocks communicate with the space and establish a dynamic of the environment. They are anchored to the ground via the back lamella of the Shopping Arcades, whose enclosed northern façade and open southern façade speak of their purpose. There is a vast park with water features in front of the tower blocks. The towers are a symbol – the west gate of the BTC.
